This consolidated document explains how we safeguard information and the contractual conditions that apply when you use Diplomatic Solutions Group services.
Diplomatic Solutions Group ("DSG") delivers end-to-end mobility, protection and diplomatic logistics solutions in Colombia and abroad. Transparency about how we collect and protect information is essential to the relationships we maintain with embassies, governments, corporations and high-profile travelers.
By requesting or contracting any DSG service you agree to the terms below, which complement existing service orders, master agreements and mission-specific instructions.
We handle personal and operational data with strict confidentiality and limit processing to what is required to deliver secure, tailored services.
Data controllers within DSG ensure that handling complies with Colombian regulation, international data transfer standards and obligations derived from diplomatic agreements.
We collect identification, contact and itinerary information about passengers, principals, support staff and other stakeholders designated by the contracting organization.
Operational data such as routes, protection requirements, risk assessments, service feedback and payment references are also documented to coordinate missions safely.
Information is processed solely to plan, confirm and execute transportation, protection and concierge assignments requested by the client.
We restrict access to operational teams that require the data and maintain monitoring systems to detect unauthorized use.
We only share data with suppliers and authorities that are indispensable for mission fulfillment and who subscribe to confidentiality agreements.
Records are retained for the duration of the contractual relationship plus the period required by law or institutional policy.
Clients and data subjects may request access, updates, corrections or deletion of personal data by contacting our data protection officer.
Urgent privacy matters can be escalated via the continuous command center available to contracting parties.
These conditions govern reservations, mission execution and the mutual responsibilities between DSG and its clients.
Custom statements of work, mission orders and membership agreements may include complementary provisions that prevail over general clauses when expressly approved by both parties.
Each engagement is defined by the proposal, service order or membership tier purchased. DSG delivers the resources, vehicles, protection teams and logistics described in those documents.
Modifications requested during execution will be coordinated subject to availability, security feasibility and acceptance of any additional costs.
Clients guarantee the accuracy of passenger manifests, schedules and risk information provided to DSG.
The contracting party must ensure compliance with applicable laws, including those related to import/export of equipment and diplomatic immunities.
DSG maintains insurance and contingency protocols aligned with industry standards; however, liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service affected unless mandatory law states otherwise.
Neither party is responsible for delays or failures caused by force majeure events such as severe weather, civil unrest, governmental restrictions or airspace closures.
Cancellation terms depend on the service type, vehicle category and third-party policies. Notice delivered outside the agreed windows may result in non-refundable charges.
DSG may suspend or terminate services if safety conditions are compromised, if payment obligations are unmet or if instructions conflict with legal and ethical standards.
Contracts are governed by Colombian law unless another jurisdiction is formally agreed upon in writing.
Disputes will first be addressed through negotiation and, if needed, institutional arbitration in Bogotá, Colombia or another venue mutually selected.
